After receiving a double degree in Economics and Law, Larry continued with his studies at the University of Sydney and obtained a master of Laws. He then finished the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in the U.S.A.
Larry's practice covers corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquishitions, direct investments, corporate recorganisation, and such as insider dealings, market misconduct, accounting irregularities, and violations of the listing rules.
Since Larry is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and a CPA in Hong Kong and Australia, he regularly provides legal advice to multinational companies such as US and European corporations, PRC state-owned and privately-owned enterprises, and Hong Kong corporations.
William graduated from the University of Sydney with a double degree in Law and International Studies in 2010 and was admitted to the Bar of New South Wales in 2011. He was qualified to practice as a Hong Kong Committee of the Hong Kong Bar Association in 2019.
Barrister Tse's practice scope includes litigation and consulting work in Intellectural Property, Competition Law and Commercial Arbitration. He is recognised as a “Leading Junior” by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific Hong Kong Bar (2021) for Intellectural Property and Competition. William successfully represented the licensing body for Sony, Warner and Universal in Neway Music Ltd. v Hong Kong Karaoke Licensing Alliance Ltd befroe the Copyright Tribunal in confirming the reasonableness of the license fees charged under the karaoke music videos licensing scheme.
Danny Datong Wong

Danny graduated with a double degree in Law and Commerce major in accounting from the University of Sydney in 2010, and a master's degree in law from the University of Melbourne in 2013 and Peking University in 2015 respectively.
During the master's degree, he worked as an intern in the private equity and venture capital departments of King & Wood in Beijing and in the corporate IPO departemnts of Clifford Chance. After graduation, he worked at Clifford Chance, specialising in corpoarte listings, bonds, MTN and preference shares. He has helped many state-owned enterprises (Postal Saving Bank of China, China Energy Engineering Corporation etc) to go public successfully.
Danny worked for King & Wood LLP in 2018 and received his master of Law degree from Stanford University in 2020. He passed the U.S.Bar exam and became a licensed lawyer in Australia, Hong Kong and the United States.

Shirley graduatd with a double degree in Law and Economics from the University of Sydney in 2012 and studied at Radboud University in 2012 on an overseas exchange.
Shirley worked as an intern in the Financial Services, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and Property Department of Minter Ellison Sydney office in 2011, and in the Intellectual Property and information Technology departments of Freshfields Hong Kong office in 2012. She then join the Minter Ellison, Sydney office in 2013 and focus on structured finance, she is promoted to Senior Associate of the firm within five years.
Shirley has then joined Allen & Overy in Hong Kong as a registered foreign lawyer and was promoted to Banking Senior Association in 2020.
