New agreement enables fresh projects between CQUni and Guangxi University of China

CQUniversity has formed a new partnership agreement with China’s prestigious Guangxi University. The strong relationship formed between both universities aims to create a fresh round of joint projects, scholarly activities and student mobility and exchange opportunities.
Under this new agreement, student and staff exchanges and mobility projects have already commenced. A group of 22 students and three accompanying teachers from Guangxi took a three-week study tour earlier this year and four students from Guangxi Uni started studies at CQUniversity in 2016.
Staff projects include Guangxi University Associate Professor Bi Fuchun being a visiting scholar at CQUniversity Sydney, researching English Writing Issues experienced by Chinese students.
Alumni Relations Manager, Anthea Cuddihy says, “We really need our Chinese alumni to support our Chinese students. Alumni have been successful as international students, and can provide the support and guidance needed to help current students achieve in their studies.”
